The location was amazing with a bus stop close to the accommodation. We went to City Kebab, located really close to the hotel, to have some dinner.

Thank you very much all for a really nice stay for three nights. The staff was amiable, as well as host. The location offered was great and perfect near to central Eastbourne, things to do in eastbourne and local shops. We saw a green Flag park, that's within a close distance from the venue.

The rooms were airy and modern, plus the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The property's location was marvellous, close enough to the beach. Further, it was right by local shops and sea front, central Eastbourne, and the Coast.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, lovely food, pleasant views. The room was sparkly clean, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Greatly enjoyed the bright interior. The location was fantastic close enough to the shops. Popped in The Arlington Arms for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue.

Everything was very good, magnificent location close enough to certain restaurants, the beach, pier and town centre and the seafront within walking distance of the pier, wonderful experience. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and offered guidance. The service was excellent, the food was amazing. Parking was on-site and we didn't mind paying extra gbp 5 per day.
